I accidentally stumbled across the epicenter of Berlin small shop heaven in Mitte the other day (and then purposely today). So when my perfect boots are 50% off, have no tax, and a German saleswoman speaks to me in broken english I forget that euros=US dollars and that I'm a size 37, not 36.
