Anna and I made this roast chicken with yams, potatoes and onions earlier in the week;
very glad to have at least one roommate who now eats meat once in a while.
The picture is courtesy of Anna's iphone aka terrible quality but I still wanted to post it cos I'm into it.
As I write this I'm making chicken stock with the leftover carcass-- it has to simmer for 5 hours!
